Sunday 21st July, the traditional annual Open Day of Feyenoord, visited by almost 40.000 people, proved to be a huge celebration for the entire family. Young and old were entertained by the activities in and around the Feyenoord stadium. They enjoyed the atmospheric indoor programme, with the presentation of the players and the helicopter landing as the highlight of the day.
Around the stadium numerous activities were planned by multisportsclub Feyenoord such as indoor soccer, handball and field hockey. Hundreds of kids enjoyed the field hockey activities that were supervised by six trainers of Feyenoord, confirming the enthusiasm of people towards this sport, in line with other activities of the Field Hockey For Women Project, co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme.
